In 2021 the school has accepted the Governments donation scheme of $150 per student. This replaces the general-purpose donation of $290 we received from parents in previous years. The Government scheme does help with the support of learning but there is a shortfall of funding from previous years.  

New Plymouth Boys' High School is committed to providing an extensive sporting and cultural programme. We are asking parents to make a donation to the cultural and sporting programme to support the school with items and people that are not provided through Government funding.

The funding will be used for:

• Sporting, Music and Cultural equipment
• Time for staff to do the job, for example, Sports administrator, Cultural Director, Game Development Officers and Administrators in Football, Basketball, Rugby and Cricket.
• The acknowledgement of volunteers.
• You can stipulate in the form what area you would like the donation spent.
